Studio Sessions...

Apparatus Training sessions are a series of exercises and movements using resistance based equipment providing for a deeper workout! You will utilize Pilates apparatus (ie Reformer, Cadillac, Combination Chair) and incorporate mat work into each session. These training sessions provide a challenging workout with emphasis on individual needs and goals. Benefits of Apparatus Training sessions:

  • Pilates equipment enhances support and resistance through a series of integrated progressions that allows an individual to find and heighten their core connection in a way that is difficult to do on the Mat alone. Therefore one is able to shape, tone, lengthen and align their body effectively in a more timely fashion.
  • Certified instruction to ensure proper form, technique and progressions of all exercises performed.
  • Personalized programs tailored specifically to meet YOUR needs and help YOU obtain your goals.
  • More focused results utilizing safe and effective exercises.

Private Sessions:
Private sessions allows the client to work one on one with the instructor implementing the entire Pilates system to customize and focus on what the individual may need. In specific cases the instructor can create an appropriate session to modify exercises for an injury, chronic pain or specifics for a particular sport or in everyday life.  Private studio setting also includes other amenities such use of professional grade, Precor Elliptical trainer and massage chair complete with leg and calf massage components.

Semi-Private Sessions:
Semi-private sessions include 2 clients with one instructor utilizing the entire Pilates system. This is an energized session moving with more flow through the exercises. Clients will need to be familiar with the apparatus in the system for these type of sessions, however, individual needs and attention will NOT be compromised.
*Semi-private sessions REQUIRE 2 previous Private sessions per individual.



In-Home Training...

In-Home training or training in a set location outside the Pilates studio is a convenient and stress-free way to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle.  On site training will be based on the principles of Pilates applying mat techniques, magic circle, stability ball, foam roller, weight training, cardio (if available) and other forms of exercise as needed or requested.  Benefits of In-Home training include:

  • More focused results utilizing safe and effective exercises.
  • Certified instruction to ensure proper form, technique and progressions of all exercises performed.

Private Sessions:
O
ne client working individually with the instructor in a private home setting implementing the Pilates principles to meet your desired needs, expectations and goals.

Semi-Private Sessions:
2 to 4 clients in a home setting, along with one instructor, cohesively engaging in Pilates exercises and other forms of Pilates inspired movements and activities.   Semi-privates allow individuals to collectively motivate one another toward common goals while adhering to the integrity of personal requisites and desires.
