PILATES CARDIO SCULPT
Kelly's signature class. This 50-minute class combines your love of lengthening Pilates exercises with your need to sweat. You'll find your heart pumping with intense cardio pushes and your muscles burning with precise Pilates sculpting movement. PCS is held on Tuedays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10am, EST.
Build core strength, increase flexibility, correct misalignments and diminish acute pains with Kelly's traditional Pilates mat class. This 55-minute class follows Joe Pilates' original method to lengthen and lean the body while building imperative core strength. Pilates Mat is held on Thursdays 6pm, EST.
